This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

A slow moving frontal system brings periods of rain with isolated severe
thunderstorms to the area later today into tonight with localized
flash flooding possible. A few storms could produce strong to
damaging winds.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Lingering marginal risk for severe storms continues Sunday as well.
