.DISCUSSION...High pressure continues to strengthen and conditions
will be warmer and drier today than Tuesday. An upper level trough
will bring cooler temperatures Thursday with more cooling Friday.
This will increase afternoon RH each day. This trough will also
bring stronger winds Thursday and Friday afternoons for the
interior. RH recoveries are also expected to improve Friday and
Saturday. There is a slight chance for showers in Del Norte and
Northern Humboldt Friday. Cooler temperatures and weaker winds
expected for the weekend.
